Alternatively, some race tracks employ lights to supplement the primary flag at the start/finish line. Track marshals are also stationed at observation posts along the race track in order to communicate both local and course-wide conditions to drivers. Typically, the starter, sometimes the grand marshal of a race, waves the flags atop a flag stand near the start/finish line. I am very happy with this purchase and have recently notified the Owner of my satisfaction.Racing flags are traditionally used in auto racing and similar motorsports to indicate track condition and to communicate important messages to drivers. A positive point about this dealer is that he provides a free copy of CarFax with each vehicle. Since bringing the Jeep home, I have replaced or repairs a few minor items and the vehicle runs well after one year. Negotiations with the Owner were fair and went well. The mileage was low, which I verified using an OBDII reader, and there was a minor oil leak from a seal which was easy to fix and not abnormal for this type of vehicle and age. When I showed the sales representative, they immediately had a parts store deliver a complete set of spark plug wires and then proceeded to change every one out while I continued my inspection. While checking the spark plugs, one of the leads to the plug pulled off. I returned the following week and performed a detailed inspection of all systems. I drove from Delaware and conducted a preliminary inspection of the vehicle and found it to be fine. This review is being written one year after purchasing a 2008 Jeep Wrangler.
